We kindly request all our guests to review these policies prior to making a reservation.

Dress Code Policy:

• We kindly ask our guests to adhere to a business casual dress code to ensure a pleasant and upscale experience for everyone.

 

Children under the age of 5:

• To uphold the ambiance and dining experience we strive to offer, we kindly inform you that our restaurant is unable to accommodate children under the age of 5. Our guests often visit us to celebrate special occasions, enjoy intimate dining experiences, and cherish moments such as date nights and anniversaries. This policy is in place not to discourage families but to maintain the high standards of service and ambiance that our discerning clientele anticipate and appreciate. Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. This policy is in place to confirm your commitment to dining with us and allows us to better manage our seating and service.

Cancellation Notice:

• If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled dining time. This allows us to offer your table to other guests who are looking forward to experiencing our cuisine.

 

Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of $20 per person. This fee compensates for the preparation and potential lost opportunity to serve other guests.

 

No-Show Policy:

• Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time without prior notice are considered no-shows. To respect the time and experience of our other guests, a no-show will also result in a charge of $20 per person to the credit card on file. This policy is in place to mitigate the impact of unutilized reservation slots that could have been offered to other guests.

• Modification of Reservation:  

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your reservation time or the number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Gratuity:

• Please note that a 20% gratuity is automatically applied to all parties of any size. Thank you for your understanding.

By making a reservation at Tamasha Modern Indian, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies regarding age restrictions, cancellations, and no-shows.
