Dress Code Policy

We kindly ask our guests to adhere to a business casual dress code to ensure a pleasant and upscale experience for everyone.

Children under the age of 7

To uphold the ambiance and dining experience we strive to offer, we kindly inform you that our restaurant is unable to accommodate children under the age of 7. Our guests often visit us to celebrate special occasions, enjoy intimate dining experiences, and cherish moments such as date nights and anniversaries. This policy is in place not to discourage families but to maintain the high standards of service and ambiance that our discerning clientele anticipate and appreciate. RESERVED DINING DURATION

At Tamasha Modern Indian, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that all parties adhere to the following seating time limits:

1 – 2 guests: Table reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes
3 – 4 guests: Table reserved for 1 hour 45 minutes
5 – 6 guests: Table reserved for 2 hours
7+ guests: Table reserved for 2 hours 30 minutes

These time limits allow us to accommodate all our guests with the highest level of service and hospitality. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Tamasha.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
This policy is in place to confirm your commitment to dining with us and allows us to better manage our seating and service.

Cancellation POLICY & FEES: MAIN DINING ROOM

If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled dining time. This allows us to offer your table to other guests who are looking forward to experiencing our cuisine.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of $20 per person. This fee compensates for the preparation and potential lost opportunity to serve other guests.

Cancellation POLICY & Fees: PRIVATE DINING ROOM (PDR)

To reserve Tamasha’s Private Dining Room (PDR), a food & beverage (F&B) minimum of $1,200 + tax + 20% gratuity is required. This amount is credited towards your final bill.

In an event of a cancellation the following rules apply:

Less than 48 hours: 100% of the F&B minimum.
Less than 7 days: 50% of the F&B minimum.
Less than 14 days: 25% of the F&B minimum.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time without prior notice are considered no-shows. To respect the time and experience of our other guests, a no-show will also result in a charge of $20 per person to the credit card on file. This policy is in place to mitigate the impact of unutilized reservation slots that could have been offered to other guests.

RESERVATION MODIFCATION

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your reservation time or the number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Gratuity

Please note that a 20% gratuity is automatically applied to all parties of any size. Thank you for your understanding.

CORKAGE FEES

We offer the option to bring your own wine. A corkage fee of $35 per bottle will apply, ensuring an elegant complement to our exquisite cuisine.

CAKE CUTTING FEES

We offer an elegant cake cutting service to enhance your special occasion, with a nominal fee of $5 per person for any outside desserts brought into the restaurant. This thoughtfully curated experience ensures seamless celebration while maintaining the refined atmosphere of our venue.

Camera recording and social media Disclaimer

At Tamasha Modern Indian, we value your experience and privacy. Please be aware that our establishment may record video footage for social media and promotional purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded and to the use of such recordings in our marketing materials.
If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform our staff upon arrival, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. For any concerns or questions regarding this policy, please contact us directly.
