As part of our dedication to ensuring a serene and pleasant dining experience, we have implemented the following policies regarding age restrictions, cancellations, and no-shows. We kindly request all our guests to review these policies before making a reservation.

Age Restriction Policy:

• To maintain the ambiance and dining experience we wish to provide, please be advised that our restaurant does not accommodate children under the age of 5

 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. This policy is in place to confirm your commitment to dining with us and allows us to better manage our seating and service.

Cancellation Notice:

• If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled dining time. This allows us to offer your table to other guests who are looking forward to experiencing our cuisine.

 

Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of $20 per person. This fee compensates for the preparation and potential lost opportunity to serve other guests.

 

No-Show Policy:

• Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time without prior notice are considered no-shows. To respect the time and experience of our other guests, a no-show will also result in a charge of $20 per person to the credit card on file. This policy is in place to mitigate the impact of unutilized reservation slots that could have been offered to other guests.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your reservation time or the number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
